Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed that the therapy teams here are highly regarded; could you explain how the physical and occupational therapy programs are integrated into a resident's daily routine?
  • 2With the facility having a 1-star CMS staffing rating, what specific steps are you taking to ensure consistent care coverage, particularly during weekends?
  • 3I've heard that response times to call buttons can sometimes be delayed; what is your current protocol for ensuring residents receive timely assistance when they need it?
  • 4Given that communication regarding medical status has been a point of improvement for some families, how do you keep family members updated on their loved one's health and discharge planning?
  • 5Since dietary management and allergy protocols are a priority for us, could you walk me through how the kitchen staff ensures that specific dietary needs are met for every meal?
  • 6I see that the facility is very active in responding to feedback online; how do you use that family input to make tangible changes to the daily experience here?

Key Review Excerpts

The first 2 days, after calling from call buttom; I waited over 30 minutes and had to go myself to main desk to get someone to help me. They seem clueless.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

My mom was moved from four separate air mattresses for a sacral wound obtained at Jersey Shore Medical, two of the mattress were broken and did not inflate and I repeatedly reported the loss of pressure to every shift I was present in the building.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The beautifully renovated 1st floor called OASIS is where you want to be, to find clean and lovely rooms and exceptional nurses and support staff.
