What this means for your family

Complete Care at Multi-Medical Center receives highly polarized feedback, with many families praising the physical and occupational therapy teams for successful rehabilitation outcomes. However, a significant number of reviewers report severe neglect, including issues with hygiene, hydration, and unresponsive nursing staff, particularly on the Evergreen unit. Families should be aware that while some find the facility clean and attentive, others describe a distressing lack of basic care and communication.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy is great and the customer service is unparalleled.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

My husband walked in on his feet, two weeks later he went to a hospice. He was heavily sedated , drugged and turned into a vegetable state, completely starved and dehydrated.

Spouse of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

The food however, was ridiculously unacceptable. On evening in particular, my mother was served a place of carrots and a roll. Some meals were cold, some meals would be better sent to the dumpster.

Complete Care at Multi Medical Center shows a pattern of recurring deficiencies across all three surveys, with 46 total violations primarily in medication management, fire safety, and resident rights. The facility has consistently struggled with medication errors, emergency preparedness, and maintaining safe exits and corridors. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the repeated nature of similar problems across multiple years raises concerns about sustained quality improvement and oversight.
