Evidence: 1. Staff #1 and staff #2 went to the Resident #1`s apartment to assist with changing her. Resident #1 proceeded to spit on Staff #2. When Resident #1 spat on Staff #2, Staff #2 cupped her hand and put it over Resident #1?s mouth with her fingers on Resident #1`s cheek.
