What this means for your family

While the facility offers a clean environment and engaging activities, the recurring reports of severe understaffing and missing personal items are significant red flags. We strongly recommend that you visit during off-hours to observe response times for call lights and ask management specifically how they track and secure residents' personal belongings.

Key Review Excerpts

It took usually an hour and a half to two hours to get someone to answer a call for assistance. He was supposed to keep drinking liquid but could not get someone to bring it.

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

We appreciate all the crafts, games, baking, gardening, activities and projects to keep residents busy and active and made to feel like they matter. I commend all staff for working hard even when they are under staffed.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★★

CBC is not able to care for a patient’s possessions so why would one trust them to the care of a patient. My brother recently spent his final days at CBC as he dealt with terminal cancer. Upon his demise, CBC lost his wallet.

Families filed complaints that led to findings about resident protection from abuse and accident hazards, with all issues reportedly corrected.
