However, a significant number of reviewers report critical issues, including severe understaffing, poor communication from social services, and neglect regarding basic patient care and hygiene. Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed your team is very active in responding to online feedback; what is the best way for families to maintain that same level of open communication with nursing and social services once a loved one is admitted?
  • 2With a facility of this size, how do you ensure that individual hygiene needs and daily care routines are consistently met for every resident?
  • 3I've heard great things about your therapy teams and holiday events; could you walk me through how residents are encouraged to participate in these activities on a daily basis?
  • 4Given the concerns some families have raised about call bell response times, what specific protocols do you have in place to ensure residents receive timely assistance?
  • 5How does your dietary team coordinate with medical staff to ensure that residents with strict diabetic or specialized nutritional requirements are receiving the correct meals?
  • 6Since parking and accessibility can be a bit challenging here, what advice do you have for family members who want to visit frequently and stay involved in their loved one's care?

Key Review Excerpts

My only reservation was about staffing levels - although pressing the call button usually brought a prompt response, sometimes the respondent was attending to other calls, resulting in long waits, even an hour or more.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★

I’ve been to other rehabs for physical therapy, but have never been treated so well as I have here. I can’t believe the progress I’ve made working with him.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

My father was admitted there on August 14 th 2025 . For one week no issues other than there was no communication within the facility and myself but I thought this would be normal as my father was there for only one week. I called the facility a week later and the Social Worker Elena said that she was going to forward the message to the Doctors and Nursing supervisor. 3 weeks still no response.
