Key Review Excerpts

My 102 year old grandmother resides at Clinton House in the memory care unit. She gets wonderful care! The compassion and attention she receives from the staff is exceptional!

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

Every time we come to visit, the place is dirty. Restroom smells every time. Activities room is always dirty. Floor need swept an mopped. Had to wipe off tables am chair.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

Loved one goes in for rehab for a back injury and the "doctor" takes him off of his pysch meds until he had a full blown psych episode while I'm on the phone and the nurse telling him that he should just check himself out and leave.....when he can't walk.
