What this means for your family

Clepper Manor shows strong results for short-term rehabilitation, with multiple families praising the therapy team's effectiveness. However, due to recurring reports of neglect and poor communication, we strongly advise you to conduct an unannounced visit during a weekend or evening to observe staffing levels and response times firsthand before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

He entered unable to walk due to complications with medication he was taking, and left not only able to walk, but capable of walking up and down stairs, getting in and out of bed, personal hygiene, and fully taking care of himself.

Rehab patient's family member · 2025★★★★★

As soon as I walked into the building, it smelled like urine and feces. I walked to the nurse station and there was nobody at the nurse station. The phone was ringing also multiple call lights going off.

Prospective family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

This place has good bones. Meaning the CNAs the LPNs and Floor Rns are amazing comming together to provide the best care possible. Now in my 9 months here it has been restructured 3-4 times. There has been 2-3 new administrators.

Families filed complaint reports resulting in serious deficiencies including resident abuse and neglect, though these issues have been corrected. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the persistent pattern of safety and infrastructure violations suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should discuss during visits.
