Key Review Excerpts

The care Brittany received was exceptional. She arrived with some serious health concerns that the Clearview staff addressed and got squared away.

Memory care family member · 2023★★★★★

Amazing PT, OT, & speech therapy totally offset by poor nursing care. Aids don't follow OT's written plan of care, do not do routine nursing care unless family member is there, and many are extremely rough with the patients.

Long-term resident's family · 2017☆☆☆☆

They are very great at incontinent care, adls and iadls. PT, OT, and speech isn't super aggressive but also isn't super lax. They do work at the patients pace which is Appreciated.

Clearview has ongoing concerns with safety hazards appearing in multiple surveys, including issues that prompted family complaints. The facility shows recurring problems with accident prevention and safety supervision, fire safety systems, and resident care quality including nutrition and respiratory care. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the pattern of repeated safety issues across three surveys suggests persistent operational challenges that families should carefully consider.
