Key Review Excerpts

The staff we encountered were great and the facilities are first class. If you should be looking for a long term care facility now or in the future, be sure and put this facility at the top of your list!

Long-term care prospective visitor · 2026★★★★★

The new owners are absolutely terrible. My grandparents have been residents for years and the place has deteriorated to the point of it being a hazard to live in. They don't clean/care for the grounds, they don't handle pest issues (like major termite infestations) and they don't give their staff enough support to do their jobs well.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

Since the new owners took over, services and staff have been reduced. Fails to maintain grounds, allows additional occupants to be stay in apartments, as caretakers, but really isn't. Activities have been reduced by 2/3 from what it used to be.

This facility has faced recurring issues with families filing complaints that triggered nearly half of its 23 deficiencies. The most frequent problems involve medication management, accident prevention and safety supervision, and fire safety systems. While all identified issues show correction plans, the pattern of repeated complaints about medication errors and safety hazards suggests ongoing challenges with consistent care quality that families should investigate during visits.
