What this means for your family
This facility offers a warm, faith-based environment with a very helpful administrative staff for new admissions. However, you should investigate the recent reports of declining maintenance and reduced activity programming, as several long-term residents' families have noted a drop in quality following a change in ownership.

Key Review Excerpts
“The staff we encountered were great and the facilities are first class. If you should be looking for a long term care facility now or in the future, be sure and put this facility at the top of your list!”
“The new owners are absolutely terrible. My grandparents have been residents for years and the place has deteriorated to the point of it being a hazard to live in. They don't clean/care for the grounds, they don't handle pest issues (like major termite infestations) and they don't give their staff enough support to do their jobs well.”
“Since the new owners took over, services and staff have been reduced. Fails to maintain grounds, allows additional occupants to be stay in apartments, as caretakers, but really isn't. Activities have been reduced by 2/3 from what it used to be.”
