What this means for your family

Given the high frequency of reports regarding neglect and poor communication, we strongly advise families to conduct frequent, unannounced visits if a loved one must stay here. While the rehab department receives occasional praise, the systemic issues with basic hygiene and responsiveness are critical risks that should be discussed directly with the administrator before admission.

While a small subset of reviewers reports positive experiences with the physical therapy team and specific staff members, the overwhelming majority of feedback describes a facility struggling with chronic understaffing and unprofessional conduct.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom just passed away and no one notified the family for 4 hrs. Walked in to this facility and no one informed family she had passed away and we walked in the room to find my mom dead!!

Long-term resident's family · 2021☆☆☆☆

The physical therapy team is the reason for my star. Some of the staff can be rude to the patients. Some of the nursing staff are careless and don't call the family when the patient is rushed to the hospital.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

I was Skeptical about going to the rehab at the Château after reading A few of the review, which was not good reviews, but to my amazement, I have nothing bad to say the staff was superb the housing very comfortable entertainment was great
