An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed from 11:00 a.m.-12:00p.m. by Licensing staff. There are 8 residents in care at this time and 8 were on the premises during the inspection. 2 staff members on duty. Follow up was completed on the previous violation notice and all violations were corrected. A tour of the physical plant was completed. A sample size of 4 resident's records and 3 staff records were reviewed for compliance. No new staff hired since last inspection. Residents were engaged in guitarist on site musical appreciation activities during the inspection while waiting for lunch to be served. Physician orders, medications administration records observed.
