Key Review Excerpts

My brother has been at the Carrie Elligson/Gietner home for 10 years. I am a RN and former nursing home administrator. My brother has had some serious medical issues this summer resulting in a decline in his abilities; mentally and physically. Over the last two months the nursing staff and therapy staff has nursed him back to a near normal state of health!

Long-term resident's family · 2021★★★★★

I have to give praise where it is deserved; there are quite a few nurses that give her some really good treatment and care, some go above and beyond and that is what I will focus on, the care that these special ladies do for my daughter while she is there.

Resident's family · 2026★★☆☆☆

If I could go lower then one star I would this place is a disgrace there are bed bugs RATS not mice but RATS roaches and bed bugs crawling over the bed bound resident most of the rooms have no heat there's drugs all through the building and items like knifes and tazers being found in room
