What this means for your family

Carriage House offers an exceptionally engaging activity program and a generally warm, dedicated staff that many families appreciate. However, because multiple reviewers have reported significant delays in call light response times and inconsistent food quality, we recommend you observe the facility during a weekend or evening shift and ask specifically about their current staffing ratios.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing team is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate, treating residents with the utmost respect and dignity.

Visitor · 2023★★★★★

The nursing side left alot to be desired! There are a handful of wonderful nurses and aids who did an amazing job! Sadly they are under staffed and there was lots of instances of accidents in bed because of taking more than 1/2 hour answering call lights.

Rehab patient's spouse · 2023☆☆☆☆

The staff in her wing are not told that Mom has visits scheduled, so when I/We get there they have to rush to get her ready. I was asked to call the day of my visit and ask for memory care and let them know what time we're coming so that way they can have My Mom ready.
