What this means for your family

While many families report excellent experiences with the rehab team and nursing staff, there is a consistent pattern of complaints regarding communication and staffing levels. We strongly recommend that you visit the specific floor your loved one will be on, meet the unit manager, and ask for a clear plan on how they handle communication and call-bell response times during weekends and evenings.

Key Review Excerpts

The nurses and aides were always responsive and made sure her needs were met promptly. It was clear they genuinely cared about her comfort and well-being, not just as a patient, but as a person.

Memory care family member · 2026★★★★★

The rehab portion is the worst part. Sam the student knows more than the people he is training with. The PTs and Ots are not at all positive and told me my mother will probably never walk again.

Short-term rehab family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

They never communicated to me or my brother my moms progress. She sat in her wheelchair for hours upon hours throughout the day. When they did move her out of her room they wheeled her out to the dining room and let her sit there for hours at a time.
