Mom was in Memory Care for 18 months here. She was able to get out on several occasions. When I visited she had no toilet paper and the staff told me they would get some. They did not. Doors to the courtyard were always locked. Mom was left on the flooir crying while staff and residents walked over her.

Not safe whatsoever I seen videos going around of what looks to be a party going on between staff while on the clock I’m definitely thinking about removing my mother but she actually like her room.

When she moved in, her room was immaculate and remained like that during her entire stay. Everyone connected with this facility, from administrators & office staff, nurses, aides, maintenance, activities directors , food service & transportation staff were so friendly and attentive to mom’s every need on a daily basis.
