Key Review Excerpts

The therapy staff did a great job with her. I also developed a good relationship with the staff especially the nurses Nicole and Jay.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★

My last stop was Brodie Ranch . Pretty facility, seemed clean and lively . What really set this place apart and why we chose them though is because of the admissions manager. She listened, she showed empathy and respect.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

They return your phone quickly and seem nice on the phone. So, we brought our Father-in-law to this place at the beginning of April 2024. We noticed they don't return your call after they got your loved one there, that is when my wife ran into some problems getting answers and request done.

Brodie Ranch has a concerning pattern of 10 complaint-triggered deficiencies from families reporting problems, indicating ongoing care issues. The facility repeatedly struggles with resident rights violations, safety and accident prevention, and care planning across multiple surveys. While deficiencies appear corrected when cited, the recurring nature of problems in key areas like safety, resident dignity, and care coordination suggests systemic challenges that families should carefully evaluate.
