Key Review Excerpts

The food is good! The pot roast is delicious! Becky does a great job making sure the residents have meals that are healthy and that they enjoy!

Resident family member · 2024★★★★

I wouldn’t let them care for my worst enemy. The place was filthy (I have pictures), her feet looked awful so I made an appt to take her to her podiatrist but they wouldn’t let me.

Resident family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

My mom was admitted here and had a horrible experience. I voluntarily discharged her in less than 48 hours. I took her home until I could get her into another facility.

This facility shows recurring problems with infection control, fire safety systems, and care planning, with families filing complaints about infection control and facility conditions. The facility has faced deficiencies across all five surveys, with infection control violations appearing four times and fire safety issues consistently identified. While all violations have correction dates, the pattern of repeat deficiencies in critical areas like infection prevention suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully consider.
