What this means for your family

While the activity program is highly praised, the facility has a pattern of serious safety concerns, including bedsores and falls, which suggest significant staffing or oversight issues. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and specifically ask for the facility's most recent state inspection report regarding wound care and fall prevention protocols.

Key Review Excerpts

My 90 year old grandmother has such poor care here, she has fallen out of her bed, broke her foot, and the nurses have yet to do anything about it.

Grandchild of resident · 2023☆☆☆☆

My family member was here less then a month, he has got a bed sore due to not turning him every 2 hours like they are supposed to! Within 2 days of finding that bed sore he now has 2 bacterial infections and also sepsis.

Family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

This facility might look old but that don’t mean anything the staff that works in this building is wonderful! They treat every resident as they would their own family they have an excellent activity director that keeps them happy.
