What this means for your family

This facility has a history of severe, documented reports of medical neglect and poor hygiene that should be a major red flag for any family. While some families report positive end-of-life care, the frequency of reports regarding untreated wounds and medication errors is alarming; we strongly recommend looking for alternative facilities with higher safety ratings.

Key Review Excerpts

My grandfather was here for 4 months and they did not care for him properly, his small sore turned into a bed sore the size of a baseball, they didn’t feed him or give him liquids regularly, he got multiple utis, and was hospitalized twice because of their negligence.

Grandchild of former resident · 2023☆☆☆☆

No bath in 5 days. No breathing treatment in 5 days even though doctor ordered 4 per day! Someone at the facility (of course no one is taking responsibility) turned oxygen way above where it should have been and gave her CO2 poisoning, which landed her back in the hospital.

Family member of resident · 2019☆☆☆☆

My father in law was here at the end of his battle with cancer. Every one who cared for him was amazing! They answered every question we had and helped us with anything we needed.

This facility has significant concerns with multiple families filing complaints that triggered inspections, including recent serious issues with abuse protection and medication management in 2025. The most recurring problems involve medication management, infection control, and dietary services, with many issues persisting across multiple surveys from 2022 to 2025. While the facility reports correcting deficiencies, the pattern of repeated violations in critical care areas and ongoing family complaints suggests persistent quality concerns that families should carefully consider.
