Key Review Excerpts

From the moment my Mom arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the facility is. But what truly sets Baywinds apart is the people. Every single staff member I have</em> encountered is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

I wouldn’t send Satan himself to this facility. They let my mom develop a UTI and didn’t want to treat her when it was clear she was out of her mind with the infection.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

IMHO the therapy department is the foundation of this facility. Mom was Anti-therapy but they encouraged her and helped her regain her balance and strength, within her ability, and prepared her to go home.

3deficiencies

7 complaint-triggered

This facility has a concerning pattern of complaint-triggered deficiencies, with families filing reports about resident rights violations and one abuse incident across multiple surveys. The most recurring issues involve fire safety systems, resident rights (particularly communication and dignity), and infection control. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of family complaints about basic care standards and communication suggests ongoing quality concerns that families should investigate thoroughly during visits.
