What this means for your family

While the facility has a strong activities program and some dedicated staff, the recurring reports of severe neglect, medication errors, and unsanitary conditions are critical red flags. If you must consider this facility, we strongly advise you to visit unannounced on a weekend or evening and speak directly with current residents' families about their experience with call-button response times.

Key Review Excerpts

My father in law was in this rehab, he had an ostomy bag, the nurses would change his bag and it will always leak, or it was put on incorrectly. Every time we visited him his clothes were wet and his sheets.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I feel it is unfortunate that this facility is as bad as it is. My son's father was put here May 28th and he did not recieve a shower until the middle of July. Roaches are everywhere, the smell of urine is a normal.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

Amy the new activities director has made a tremendous improvement for these patients and for the facility. I have been told, by the patients, she always has something creative, fun and enjoyable planned on a daily basis.
