Families can expect a facility that is highly praised for its professional administrative staff, particularly in admissions and business office roles, and a generally clean environment. However, there are serious, critical reports regarding medical transparency and wound care management that should be investigated. While many find the nursing staff compassionate, some reviewers have noted issues with staffing levels and odors in certain areas.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing home told my family that my l aunt only had a small, fingernail-sized bed sore and that they were giving her seizure medication “to prevent seizures” after her stroke, even though she has no history of seizures. After the doctors left, a nurse stayed behind and told my family, word for word, The same day we took her to the hospital When we moved her to another hospital, we found out the truth: She actually had a bed sore the size of a bowling ball, not a small one.

Family of a former resident · Nov 2025☆☆☆☆

Ashley, the Business Office Manager, is amazing—super organized, professional, and genuinely kind. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about the patients and keeps everything running smoothly. Highly recommend!

New resident's family · Jul 2025★★★★★

I am pleased with the service by staff to my husband. I visit him mostly every day. He is fresh and clean. His bed and the bathroom are clean. The staff seem to see him as a person not a number or $ sign.
