Key Review Excerpts

Showed up 3 different days to visit my dad and he was left in his wheelchair in his room almost falling out he's a fall risk asked for help to put him in his bed and it took over a half hour to get help while my brother was there he seen patients being ignored by staff the smell in there almost made you sick

Resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My brother in law was constantly them because they wasn't doing their job in talking care of her hygiene. He was there every day. One day if he hadn't been there, they would've given her the wrong medication. An aid came in and called her by the wrong name and said I have your meds.

Resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

I had a family member stay at Rosemount Pavillion and they received great care. The therapy department is AMAZING!

The most persistent problems involve medication management, fire safety systems, and care planning, with issues recurring across multiple surveys from 2021 to 2025.
