What this means for your family

Recent reports of management dishonesty and inadequate nutrition are significant red flags that cannot be ignored. While the facility had a period of high praise, the current trend suggests severe operational failures; families should prioritize investigating recent reports of pest issues and staff accountability before placement.

Families should exercise extreme caution, as recent reviews from 2024 highlight severe allegations of neglect, including issues with food quality, pest infestations, and unprofessional management. While older reviews from 2020-2022 praised the staff's caring nature, the most recent feedback describes a toxic environment involving broken trust and even police involvement.

Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother was once a resident here and I would recommend this facility for a variety of reasons . Most of all was her comfort while having her needs met by a team of very capable and involved staff members who provided everything from different types of therapy to personalized meal preferences .

Long-term resident's family · 2021★★★★★

This place is the most toxic and unprofessional environment. Do NOT send your loved ones here. There’s bugs the food is a joke these poor elderly people were drinking bean water and had a bowl of vegetables for lunch!!!

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

They lie about everything can’t trust them at all. They give my grandma any blankets and clothes that have different residents names on it even when We provided them with plenty of her0 own.

Families have filed reports triggering inspections that found serious deficiencies in resident protection from abuse and neglect, with these issues recurring across multiple surveys. The facility has also struggled with infection control, medication management, and heating/ventilation systems, with problems persisting over time despite corrections. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of recurring issues in critical safety areas warrants careful consideration.
