My mother was placed at Avante for rehab and there has been nothing but problems with this facility. Other issues are staff not checking on residents when the push thier call button I've seen this first hand it was o er 30 min and no one came to my mother's room.

My wife was moved here recovering from pnumonia-- they neglected her -- would not assist her w bathroom at all i had to clean her and deal w a soiled bed -- staff would not help me at all.

I would not recommend this place at all especially if your loved one is a fall risk. My father was here and we have had such a terrible experience. We had filed so many grievances, no one from management actually goes around and check on the patients.
