Key Review Excerpts

My father was in this facility for two weeks follow quintuple bypass surgery. After 13 days of neglect (ordered medications not being dosed at all, him being told not to bother the nurses and 'just use his diaper', dried feces on the floor of his room), my father has contracted C-Diff and pneumonia.

Long-term resident's family · 2016☆☆☆☆

My husband was recently there for rehab and everyone was very helpful whenever we needed something. Special thanks to Theresa in PT and to Susan Clark for going above and beyond our expectations.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★

There was a medication error of giving my mother too much of a dangerous drug. They said they meant to decrease the dosage 10 mg but instead increased it by 10 mg. This drug (Zyprexa) is not recommended for use with elderly dementia patients like my mother.
