Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Given the intimate size of the home, how do you tailor daily activities and social engagement to the specific interests of the eight residents living here?
  • 2I noticed that dining is a central part of the day; could you walk me through how you manage dietary preferences and ensure the meals are both nutritious and enjoyable for residents?
  • 3With your high staff-to-resident ratio, how does the team ensure that personalized care plans are consistently updated and communicated to family members?
  • 4I appreciate that management is very present here; how do you handle communication with families when a resident has a sudden change in health or a medical emergency?
  • 5Since you have a very small, close-knit community, how do you balance maintaining a home-like atmosphere with the necessary clinical oversight for residents?
  • 6Could you share how you incorporate feedback from families to improve the overall quality of life and daily programming for your residents?
