THIS PORTION OF THE REPORT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.No response is necessary.The residence was advised it must review and maintain the following processes in accordance with existing program regulations found at 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 7.14.31 The administrator and the QMAP supervisor shall, on a quarterly basis, audit the accuracy and completeness of the medication administration records, controlled substance list, medication error reports, and medication disposal records. Any irregularities shall be investigated and resolved. The results of the audits shall be documented and routinely included as part of the assisted living residence ' s Quality Management Program assessment and review.14.39 Controlled substances shall be kept in double lock storage.

Additional Criteria for HCBS Settingsa. Provider-Owned or -Controlled Residential Settings must have all of the following qualities and protect all of the following individual rights, based on the needs of the individual as indicated in their Person-Centered Support Plan, subject to the Rights Modification process in Section 8.7001.B.4:i. The unit or dwelling is a specific physical place that can be owned, rented, or occupied under a legally enforceable agreement by the individual, and the individual has, at a minimum, the same responsibilities and protections from eviction that tenants have under the landlord/tenant law of the State, county, city, or other designated entity. For settings in which landlord/tenant laws do not apply, a lease, residency agreement, or other form of written agreement must be in place for each individual, and the document must provide protections that address eviction processes and appeals comparable to those provided under the jurisdiction' s landlord/tenant law.1) The lease, residency agreement, or other written agreement must:a) Provide substantially the same terms for all individuals;b) Be in Plain Language, or if the Provider Agency/its independent Contractor cannot adjust the language, at least be explained to the individual in Plain Language;c) Provide the same responsibilities and protections from eviction that tenants have under the landlord/tenant law of their State, county, city, or other designated entity or comparable responsibilities and protections, as the case may be, and indicate the authorities that govern these responsibilities, protections, and related disputes;d) Specify that t..
