Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed your team is very active in responding to feedback online; how do you incorporate that kind of open communication into your daily relationship with families?
  • 2Given your smaller capacity of 20 residents, how does the staff tailor the daily activity schedule to ensure it feels engaging and personal for everyone?
  • 3Since your residents often mention the warm and attentive nature of the team, could you tell me more about how you foster such a close-knit community atmosphere?
  • 4With your focus on maintaining such clean and well-kept living spaces, what is the process for ensuring residents' rooms stay comfortable and personalized to their needs?
  • 5In the event of a medical concern, how do you balance the need for quick professional care with the desire to keep the environment feeling like a home rather than a clinical facility?
  • 6How does your administrative team work with new families to ensure the transition into the village is as smooth and informative as possible?

Key Review Excerpts

My father in law moved into aspen ridge the memory care side. We would stop in on a regular basis at all hours of day and night. I was pleasantly surprised by all the care that we seen that their wonderful staff gave to my father in law plus along with the other residents.
