Key Review Excerpts

I went to visit my dad on a morning and he was clearly not feeling well. His lips were so dry and he was asking me for water. He was so dehydrated. I told the staff and they said they will make sure he gets plenty of fluids and he needed some rest. I left for that day and no more than 5 hours later they sent him by ambulance to the hospital.

At Arborview I saw constant cleaning crews working to care for the place. The administrators were great to work with

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

I visited her often over those several weeks and always found cheerful, hard working staff members. If I were to name specific staff folks who went above and beyond in the care of my mother, I think I would forget somebody!
