The deficient practice posed a risk to the physical health and safety of a resident. Findings include: 1. The compliance officer observed the following toxic items in the facility's kitchen: - One can of Cutter Backyard Bug Control bug spray found underneath the kitchen sink and was accessible to residents. - One can of Hot Shot Flying Insect Killer bug spray found underneath the kitchen sink and was accessible to residents. - One bottle of STEM bug spray found underneath the kitchen sink and was accessible to residents. 2. In an interview, E1 acknowledged that the above chemicals were under the kitchen sink unsecured and accessible to residents.
