What this means for your family

Allegria offers a clean environment with a highly regarded physical therapy team that has helped many residents recover. However, given the serious reports of medication errors and missing personal property, we strongly advise families to maintain a daily presence, label all personal items clearly, and keep a close eye on medication administration logs.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff and nurses were extremely responsive, medications were always given correctly and on time, and we were promptly notified of any changes.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

The theft of mail, belongings, jewelry, electronics and clothing is rampant in the building. We 've made multiple police reports but the staff we believe did it is still there.

Resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The PT, OT and the aides and Nursing staff are excellent caring people. That being said, they are seriously short staffed and many of the residents have fallen in the bathroom and out of bed causing broken hips because their is not enough staff to take care of the residents.
