What this means for your family

While the facility offers a warm, community-focused environment with excellent holiday programming, the recurring reports of medical mismanagement for diabetic residents are a critical red flag. Before choosing this facility, demand a clear plan for how they manage chronic medication and ensure you have a direct line of communication with the nursing supervisor to address hygiene concerns immediately.

Key Review Excerpts

My Grandmother was placed here and the care she received was horrible. She was sitting in her own fluids for OVER 45 minutes! Aside from sitting in filth they had to take her to the ER MULTIPLE times due to the fact that she's a diabetic and the apparently didn't have the meds on hand to help.

Grandchild of resident · 2022☆☆☆☆

The staff is super friendly. Very attentive to not only the patients there, but also their family members. The facility could definitely use more employees, and to be updated all the way around, but all in all so far, a very good experience for what my family is going thru...

Family member · 2025★★★★

The staff is friendly and considerate of their residents needs. They go out of their way to do things with them and make holidays special.

13deficiencies
Above state avg (10.1)
2 complaint-triggered

This facility shows a concerning pattern of recurring deficiencies across three surveys, primarily in fire safety systems, medication management, and resident care planning. Fire safety issues persist across all surveys, including problems with sprinkler systems, fire drills, and electrical safety. Medication errors and pharmacy oversight problems also recur repeatedly. Two families have filed complaints resulting in citations for medication labeling and accident prevention. While the facility reports correcting all issues, the repeated nature of similar problems suggests ongoing operational challenges that warrant careful consideration.
