Key Review Excerpts

My mom loves her caregivers at North Platte Care. She tells me all the time how much she loves them and they are like family. When I have had any concerns, they are addressed timely by Carolyn Riggs, Administrator.

Long-term resident's family · 2021★★★★

Staff will lie to you and they will lie to your loved one's doctors as well. Medicine from the local pharmacy that was delivered was "lost," claiming they didn't receive it. They did.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

I am so glad I gave NPCC another chance. Everything is coming full circle and we are building an amazing team. Come talk to our residents and staff.....So many changes and improvements!

Accura HealthCare of North Platte has a concerning pattern of recurring deficiencies across multiple areas, with one complaint filed by families resulting in citation for inadequate resident notification. The facility has repeated problems with medication management, fire safety systems, and quality of care including wound care and respiratory services. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the persistence of issues across three surveys suggests ongoing operational challenges that warrant careful family evaluation.
