Key Review Excerpts

They gave my grandpa wrong medication for 3 weeks before they realized it. They gave him someone else’s medicine. They also forgot to give him his pain medicine for 3 days for his cancer.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The nursing staff( nurse of the year, mind you, ) put a drug order in for my dad to take an antidepressant which the doctor NEVER ordered it for him.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My grandma was staying here and she broke her hip falling out of her chair. She was supposed to have a sensor on her and her chair. The sensor on her was taken off and they claimed she kept picking it off herself but she has little to no mobility in her hands.
