Critical concerns include extremely slow response times for basic hygiene needs and allegations of over-sedation to manage residents. Key Review Excerpts

They did a wonderful job meeting her comfort care needs and were very caring and sympathetic toward us. Although we visited her every day, they notified us when they noticed decline, which gave us enough time to be with her at bedside when she transitioned from this life to the next.

Memory care family member · 2023★★★★★

I would not recommend this place unless you can be there daily to check on your loved one. I made a big mistake allowing my mom to go there. A decision that will forever haunt me.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★☆☆☆

Also, it takes them about three hours to get to someone who needs to use the bathroom!!! I wish I could give this nursing home less than one star.
