What this means for your family

Windmill Manor's rehabilitation and memory care units are frequently praised for their dedicated and compassionate staff. However, families should be aware of significant concerns regarding administrative responsiveness and understaffing; we strongly recommend asking for a tour of the specific unit your loved one will occupy and verifying the current staff-to-patient ratios.

Key Review Excerpts

My Mother fell and laid on the floor for hours, clawed her way to her roomates bed to have her put the light on. They were not helping her eat and she couldn't do it herself.

Daughter of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

The residents here are very bored, they have no activities. Also, their personal things are stolen frequently (phones, hats, t-shirts and so on). Not sure why this happens, but this is not right.

Visitor · 2023☆☆☆☆

The staff there is hardworking and patient with the patients and residents, even during times when I probably would have probably lost my self control. (Folks: That is one tough job....)
