“My uncle has lived here 5 years and it's been horrible. First they are short staffed ,meals are poor and when he needs help no one is around.”
“The building was very well kept. I had to ask the Marketing Director who was showing us around how old it was. The residents were friendly especially with the Director. Rooms were not as large as others we've seen. Over all I was impressed.”
“Please check on your elderly. As with every where else being short staffed, its no different here. With one nurse per 20 residence and God forbid they call in. Residence are being neglected.”
