Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother is here currently. She says the food is great, and loves that she just has to ask and they get her whatever she needs.

Long-term resident's family · 2018★★★★

I had to ask staff to change my loved ones soiled undergarments. The quality of care was disgusting. The blond older lady 'manager' at the desk was very rude every time I would visit at the dementia wing.

Memory care family member · 2019☆☆☆☆

They will keep your loved one for a long time BUT only give 30min physical therapy a day. And they don't do therapy on weekends. They milk insurance but don't give the physical therapy time that is needed.
