What this means for your family

While many families report that the nursing staff is compassionate and attentive, there are recurring concerns regarding the aging building and inconsistent responsiveness to call buttons. We recommend touring the specific wing where your loved one would reside and asking management directly about their current pest control and facility maintenance schedule.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff at Westwood is amazing. They have always treated my mother with kindness and dignity. Loved ones are definitely looked upon as if they are family.

Family member · 2022★★★★★

I don't have any issues with staff but the facility needs to be torn down and rebuilt completely. The employees are only as good as the tools and equipment they are given. Roaches!!!

Visitor · 2023★★☆☆☆

The staff are the best.
