How They Respond to Reviews

The owner uses templated, repetitive language to respond to reviews. While they attempt to personalize responses by using the reviewer's name, the core messaging for negative reviews relies on a standard script about being 'disheartened' and requesting direct contact.

Key Review Excerpts

The care my nephew deserves is provided by variety of staff at West Haven . I have made several unplanned visits within last few weeks. My nephew had call light within reach , he had his IPad on with one of his favorite shows and blanket since he is cold natured .
