Key Review Excerpts

She ended up getting a UTI so bad that she was placed in ICU. please, if you love your loved one- DO NOT GO THERE!! Don’t let the cleanliness and the pretty atmosphere for you!!!!

Memory care family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

The staff is all about money. They left my mother in a soiled diaper 2 days. Removed her catheter twice when it was not suppose to be removed. They had no answers and the staff will tell you that they are under staffed.

Long-term resident's family · 2020☆☆☆☆

For the most part, the staff was kind and knowledgeable of their duties. That isn't to say I didn't encounter a little incompetence. But on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give an 8.
