Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed your leadership team is very active in responding to feedback online; how do you use that family input to make ongoing improvements to daily operations?
  • 2Given that some families have expressed concerns regarding response times, could you walk me through the current process for how staff are alerted when a resident uses their call light?
  • 3With the recent focus on nutrition and dining experiences, what steps are you taking to ensure that meals are both appetizing and meet the specific dietary needs of your residents?
  • 4Since medication management is a critical part of care, what protocols do you have in place to ensure accuracy and consistency for residents with complex medication schedules?
  • 5I see your rehab team is highly regarded; how do they coordinate with the nursing staff to ensure a resident's progress is maintained throughout the rest of their day?
  • 6What does a typical social or activity-based day look like for a resident here, and how do you encourage participation for those who might be more reserved?

Key Review Excerpts

My best friend is here for rehab. This place needs to be shut down. Not only does she not get her meds on time which can kill her, she is ignored when she needs help (she cant walk unassisted) and verbally assaulted by staff.

Rehab patient's friend · 2026☆☆☆☆

This amazing establishment took excellent care of our 94-year-old mom recently as she recovered from a broken femur. We can’t thank them enough. The staff was incredibly attentive.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

Village rehab staff doesn't acknowledge their call lights they ignore and neglect patients for hours and leave them in their own excrement. No bathing. Elder abuse.
