Kitchenette refrigerator contained expired items (cheesecake); several opened food items (applesauce, pudding, etc.) were not dated.
The regular menu was not posted for the current week, and therapeutic/special diet menus (no salt, consistent carbohydrate, dysphagia) were not posted.
The September 2023 staff schedule did not designate a supervisor of resident care for each shift.
Resident service plans for Resident A and Resident C were not updated at least annually.
The report indicates an incomplete finding regarding the maintenance of hazardous/toxic materials in the kitchenette.
Medication administration records (MARs) were incomplete; several doses were left blank for Residents A and B, and TED hose application was not recorded for Resident C.
Kitchenette refrigerator thermometer was non-functional; two kitchenette freezers and the apartment 507 refrigerator lacked thermometers.
