What this means for your family

This facility offers strong rehabilitation services and engaging activities, but the reported inconsistency in emergency response and call-button responsiveness is a serious red flag. Key Review Excerpts

My mom was sent from the hospital to vantage for rehab to heal before coming back home. On her second day there she was struggling to breathe and the facility thought it was more appropriate to call for non-emergency transportation instead of calling 911 for emergency services; transportation took 4 hours to bring her to the hospital.

Rehab patient's daughter · 2025☆☆☆☆

The rehab staff worked hard and tailored exercises for what my mom needed to work on. We were able to bring our dog in to to visit which the residents enjoyed.

Long-term rehab patient's daughter · 2025★★★★★

The CNA Jackie on 3-11 shift is so considerate and kind to all especially my 88 year old grandmother. She makes her bed look fancy ( which she loves) and has lots of words of encouragement for her always.
