What this means for your family

While Twin Lakes offers a clean and attractive environment for independent living, the recurring reports of neglect and dismissive management in skilled nursing and memory care are significant red flags. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and speak directly with current residents' families to verify if staffing and communication issues have been addressed.

Key Review Excerpts

It was like walking on eggshells with the staff if you ever ask them to do anything like they were being put out. They would constantly make false promises that they would correct things that the family complained about and everything was dismissed.

Memory care family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

Looks like a nice place, nice buildings, pretty clean- looks are deceiving. Needs new management. Staff is not friendly or attentive.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

Experience with my Mom has been excellent. She is in a independent apartment and the staff is very accommodating.
