What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with specific staff members, the recurring reports of neglect, poor hygiene, and lack of communication are serious red flags. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend unannounced visits and asking management directly how they monitor resident hygiene and ensure timely communication during hospital transfers.

Key Review Excerpts

When I would visit, I would have to tend to his personal care and hygiene, change his linens, etc. he had 2 falls out of bed and I was notified of one. I literally found out from a physician at FTMC that my brother had been sent to the hospital 36 hours prior.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

She was filthy and hair full of food including matted as if it had never been brushed. Her face was filthy including clothes and bed linen. The room was disgusting and the floor looked as if it has never been cleaned.
