What this means for your family

Traylor Retirement Community is highly regarded for its compassionate and friendly staff, making it a strong candidate for residents needing attentive care. Key Review Excerpts

We were greeted and given directions on how to sign in through the computer. We found our resident enjoying lunch. She was checked on twice while we were there. She was offered an alternative to a food she didn't like.

There’s not enough stars to share on how great this place was to my uncle who passed last Tuesday his care team was awesome from the office and getting him in to all the nurses and cna everyone we talked to there told us what a sweet man he was

Family member · 2024★★★★★

My relative’s apartment has a sewage backup issue that no one seems willing to resolve. When my relative does laundry, sewage backs up in the next door neighbor’s sink. And vice versa. Several of us have called to report it. Nothing changes. We are ignored.

5deficiencies

Traylor Retirement Community shows a pattern of recurring issues primarily in dietary services and fire safety systems across three surveys from 2018 to 2025. Food handling and storage violations appeared in all three inspections, while fire safety deficiencies including sprinkler systems and smoke barriers were noted in multiple surveys. All identified deficiencies were corrected by the facility, though the persistence of similar issues suggests ongoing operational challenges families should discuss during visits.
