What this means for your family

While some families report positive outcomes with specific medical and rehab staff, the consistent reports of theft, neglect, and poor communication are major red flags. If you consider this facility, you must conduct an unannounced visit to check the cleanliness and observe staff interaction with residents, and be prepared to be highly involved in your loved one's daily care.

Key Review Excerpts

This facility stole several of my brothers belongings, and mysteriously his new flip phone was broke in half while he was at dialysis.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

They leave the patients that can't walk or use the bathroom by themselves wet and dirty all day and night. Don't send your loved ones here, if they complain too much they will drug them to make them sleep.

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

Most of staff are very pleasant and helpful. Staff in physical therapy are great! The nurses are great. Howeve some of the staff at nursing station are very rude ignoring patents standing at the desk waiting for some assistance.
