Type of inspection: Initial Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: An initial on-site inspection of the proposed location for the licensee was completed on February 13, 2026. The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the building and grounds of the facility. Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 Observations by licensing inspector: The proposed location for the facility is a single-family, two-story home, located in a residential neighborhood. The home is well maintained and there are no health or safety conditions identified. The proposed room for the resident meets the square footage requirements for the size of the room and the required window measurements. Additional Comments/Discussion: The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
